Calling All Fathers - part 6

Malachi 4:5–6 (NKJV)

5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

6 And he will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.

Deuteronomy 11:18–19 (NKJV)

18 “Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.

19 You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.

Okay, how do we do it?

At a breakfast meeting with Scott Brown (www.ncfic.org), he gave me six points based on Deuteronomy 11:18-19… I gave it the name “Family Bible Revolution.”

Do you think this could make a difference in our families? How about our marriages? I believe even if we only did this one time a day for five days a week, we could severely reduce the divorce rate and problems with troubled teens! It’s God’s plan.
